Refund Policy
Last updated: 18 October 2026
Planimble is operated by ORCASOFT CONSULTANCY SERVICES (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED, trading as Planimble. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders: Paddle collects payments and issues refunds.
1. 30 days on every payment
You can ask for a refund of any Solo, Team or B2B API payment within 30 calendar days of the date of that payment, for any reason, including simply changing your mind. You don't need to show a fault.
- Monthly plans: each monthly payment, including renewals, has its own 30-day window.
- Annual plans: the first annual payment and each annual renewal have a 30-day window from the date charged.
- Team seats: a separate payment for added seats has its own 30-day window. Prorated credits already given for seat changes are taken into account so nothing is refunded twice.
After 30 days, payments are not normally refundable under this policy. That never affects your legal rights (section 5).
2. How to ask
- Through Paddle: go to paddle.net, look up your order with your email address, and choose the refund option.
- Or email us at support@planimble.com with the subject "Planimble refund request", your order number (it starts with "txn_" or is in your Paddle receipt) and the email you paid with. We'll arrange it with Paddle.
Paddle refunds to the original payment method. Banks usually show it within 5–10 business days.
3. Cancelling is separate from a refund
Cancelling stops future renewals; it doesn't refund a payment already made. Without a refund, your plan stays on until the end of the period you paid for. If you get a refund, the paid plan ends straight away.
Either way your account returns to the Free plan and keeps every sketch, readable, editable and exportable. You can cancel from Billing & invoices in the app, from your Paddle receipt, or at paddle.net.
4. Fraud and abuse
We may decline a refund if there is clear evidence of fraud or deliberate abuse, such as repeatedly buying and refunding to use paid features for free. This doesn't limit any rights you have by law.
5. Your legal rights
This policy adds to your consumer rights; it doesn't replace them. Where the law where you live, or Paddle's buyer terms, give you more, those rights apply.
